the hotel might look nice from the outside, but it definitely has a charm of a run-down lodge, with unfriendly staff who seemed too busy for me. i would have expected a complimentary drink for enduring such a stay, but alas, my dignity wouldn't allow them such pleasure. i almost left a good review, but just couldn’t!

Rooms need upgrading, as furniture and fixtures look dated!!! The lack of basic amenities like hand wash and toilet rolls was surprising!!! The lifts either need expansion or more options to accommodate guests better!!!

Recommend it for families with kids

The polite and helpful staff really made our stay easier, especially the pickup service to the temple that we utilized quite a few times during our trip.

I’ll be honest, prices were on the higher side but considering the overall experience, it was still bearable.
